The River Plantation Section II HOA requires investor-owners to provide the name of the tenant(s), contact info for the tenant(s), and the lease terms to the management company each time a new lease is entered. Additionally, a $150 fee is to be paid to the management company each time a new lease is entered (investor-owners may choose to charge this fee back to the tenants).
All leases at River Plantation Section II must be no shorter than six (6) months and no longer than one (1) year. Each time a new lease is entered or a lease renews, the investor-owner needs to go through the rental registration process.

The Rental Registration Program allows for a comprehensive database of renters within the Association to be maintained. This database allows the HOA to establish communication contacts with the tenants directly for emergencies, non-compliance issues, and Association news.
