The 2022 River Plantation Section TwoAnnual Homeowners Meeting will be held on Monday, January 10, 2022 at 6:00 PM at the River Plantation Section Two clubhouse. The primary order of business of this meeting will be to elect Board members, review the HOA’s financial position and budget, and review accomplishments made in 2021. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.
Three (3) positions on the Board are open for nomination. If you know of a homeowner who is qualified and willing to serve, you may nominate that individual by completing and returning the attached nomination form (NOTE: The current Board members are eligible for re-election). All candidates will be introduced at the annual homeowners meeting.
If you will be unable to attend the meeting, please complete a proxy form (attached) to appoint an individual of your choice to vote for Board members on your behalf. The completed proxy form may be returned by emailing it to RiverPlantation2@gmail.com, faxing it to (615) 297-9340, or by dropping it off at the HOA mailbox located in front of the clubhouse.
